Design

Tooling

Taking these designs to the next step, we will produce a timber or foam pod to replicate the finished product exactly, including surface texture. From this prototype we can create a heavy duty GRP production mould to enable the manufacture of your finished fibreglass pod.

Production

After taking all the previous steps and covering every last aspect, our production runs smoothly and is able to create exactly what you need with the right attributes.

Finishing

After the production stage, the pod(s) are then passed over to the skilled finishing department who will take care of any necessary trimming and additional peripheral components.

Afterwards, you are supplied with a formidable fibreglass pod to install on whatever you need it for.
